Custom shapes
You can request special shapes manufactured just for you.
Spun cotton shapes are manufactured using metal molds. For each shape there is a mold.
At the time of writing (July 2023), a mold is about $250 depending on the size and complexity.
All shapes need to be axially symmetric. Some shapes, such as loops, cannot be done.
