At Spunnys, we want you to feel confident when ordering. We understand that selecting the right sizes and shapes for your project can sometimes be tricky—and mistakes happen. That’s why we are happy to accept returns in a simple and transparent way.
Return Window
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return what you don’t need
You may return your entire order or only the shapes you do not need. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received—meaning unpainted, undecorated, and unaltered.
Once we receive your returned shapes, we will process your refund promptly. If you paid by credit card, please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
No restocking fees are charged.
Shipping costs and return labels
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
For returns of small shapes (for example balls Ø 6, 8, 10, or 12 mm), we recommend using a padded envelope or bubble mailer to help reduce postage costs and packaging waste.

Defective Items / Incorrect Orders
Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. However, if a mistake occurs, we will resolve it quickly and professionally.
- Defective items: please email us a photo of the issue, and we will promptly send replacement shapes at no cost to you.
- Incorrect order received: if you received the wrong shapes, simply send us a photo, and we will ship the correct items as quickly as possible—again at no cost to you.
